EMS-Cortex, a solutions provider to provision hosted services
, today announced further support for managing Citrix delivered applications.

Cortex now integrates directly with Citrix Presentation Server to manage any published application. Citrix combined with Cortex enables service providers to manage delivery of applications to end-customers. The advanced integration with Citrix Presentation Server incorporates real time retrieval of Citrix published applications and a flexible security model which can utilise existing or Cortex generated security groups.

"The flexibility of the solution caters for unique customer situations; for example, a service provider can host a number of customers who utilise a common Microsoft office package as well as customers with their own unique applications, such as a dedicated ERP system.
