The information and statistics presented on this website are the result of a patent-pending process, refined over the past two years;
allowing us to gather, mine and analyze, colossal amounts of data, within a well-defined timeframe, without compromising on accuracy.
The process is a fine balance of automation, manual processing, and audit all carried out in perfect synchronization resulting in
the product you see.
Over 35 million websites are scanned, for various variables and attributes,
repeatedly, using optimized geographically distributed crawlers. Data
assimilation and analysis programs then assimilate this data, and analyze it,
looking for changes, calculating values, counts, ranks, differences, slicing and
dicing this data in numerous ways to arrive at detailed statistics. These
statistics are then picked up and presented in the form of well-defined charts,
tables and graphs in an easy-to-understand report layout.
After significant experimentation we have developed processes which allow us to build a dynamic
map of all Web Service companies around the world, and with significant
accuracy, allow us to ascertain relationships between Clients, Companies,
Websites, Datacenters and other such attributes, on a regular periodic basis. A
lot of thought has also gone behind every statistic, every variable, every graph
that we include in our reports. Considerable amount of experience and knowledge
of the industry (and quite a bit of mathematics ;-) ) has allowed us to analyze
and display meaningful variables and statistics of the kind never before seen.

However what excites me far more is the tremendous amount of data collection and
