Service providers are able to easily deliver fully-featured cloud Unified Communications services to businesses of all sizes.
4PSA, a cloud computing software technology company, yesterday announced the successful integration between VoipNow Professional, its Unified Communications solution, and Parallels Automation, an operations and business automation system for service providers.
The company mentions that VoipNow Professional offers an extended set of features at the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) in the industry. Its scalable architecture with enriched hosted PBX functions, video, instant messaging, conferencing, fax, presence management, web integration, and groupware, is now available to Parallels partners. The new integration is Application Packaging Standard (APS)-certified and offers service providers and their resellers a straightforward way to provision, manage and charge accounts, in multiple deployment scenarios.
"By integrating VoipNow and Parallels Automation, service providers are able to easily deliver fully-featured cloud Unified Communications services to businesses of all sizes," said Elena Carstoiu, 4PSA's VP of Sales & Marketing. "The integration can be used with 4PSA's Cloud OnDemand solution as well, in the US, Europe and Asia, which simplifies the service implementation," Carstoiu added.
"Parallels SMB Cloud Insights research indicates that use of hosted PBX services will grow by 75% worldwide over the next three years, creating a huge opportunity for hosters," said John Zanni, Parallels VP of Service Provider Marketing and Alliances. "We are pleased to see 4PSA joining the ecosystem of APS-certified applications to help service providers capitalize on this opportunity."
LuxCloud is one of the first service providers in the world to benefit from the new integration. "We are pleased to add VoipNow to our portfolio and enable our customers to fully embrace the advantages provided by Unified Communications in the cloud," said Joost Pisters, LuxCloud's Head of Product Development.
