ACCESS CO., LTD., a provider of advanced software technologies to the mobile and PC markets, today announced that ten more companies have joined ACCESS Connect Ecosystem (ACE), a global partner program that seeks to enable ACCESS and its partners to jointly build leadership in the integrated solutions market.

The company states that its ACCESS Connect Ecosystem, established in February 2007, is designed to create a network of partners that will facilitate and strengthen the development of technologies and solutions to the mobile and beyond-PC markets.

It explains that ACCESS Connect Ecosystem members are leaders in their respective industries, and include telecom carriers, consumer electronics makers, chipmakers, software developers and media businesses. It says that partners promote the development of new technologies, products and services by utilizing integrated platforms and solutions provided by ACCESS. These include ACCESS Linux Platform, an open, flexible, next-generation mobile software platform based on Linux; NetFront Browser for mobile devices and consumer electronics; and NetFront Living Connect, DLNA guideline-compliant middleware for home network equipment.
