Buys the Internet services and solutions provider for 470,000 US dollars.

Active 24, a provider of web hosting services in Europe, yesterday announced that it has signed the agreement for acquiring Czech CP Online, a provider of Internet services and solutions.

Under the agreement, the purchase price is 470,000 US dollars. In addition there is a bonus incitement for the seller based on revenue in earn out period lasting until May 2006.

"The acquisition of CP Online is an important strategic market move. The Czech market is very prosperous. We are buying a portfolio of
customers; we already have all the infrastructure, technology and personnel in place to successfully consolidate CP Online's products
and customers into our existing structure", said Active 24 CEO Jaap Zuiderveld.
