OpSource, Inc., a next-generation IT infrastructure services company, today announced a three-year partnership to manage Agile Software Corporation's worldwide network and application hosting infrastructure, including locations in the United States, India, China, Germany and Switzerland. Key members of Agile's IT staff in the US and India have joined the OpSource technical team, thereby ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer. This agreement underscores OpSource's core competencies in delivering reliable, high yield IT services, and firmly establishes the Company as an emerging leader in global outsourced IT infrastructure services.
