Company to provide SaaS-based log management and threat management services to HostMySite.com's Customers.

Alert Logic, a provider of on-demand IT compliance and security solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with HostMySite.com, a managed hosting provider. The company says that this partnership will provide HostMySite.com's customers with its log manager and threat manager solutions to help facilitate compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard.

It explains that log manager gives organizations the ability to secure their networks and comply with regulations that mandate log data be collected, regularly reviewed, and securely archived. The company also explains that threat manager combines intrusion detection and vulnerability management technology to offer protection from viruses, worms, and other threats that easily bypass perimeter and endpoint defenses.
