Alienware, a manufacturer of desktop, notebook, media center, server and professional systems, recently announced the release of the new Alienware Hivemind 5520, a scalable 5U rack server powered by dual Intel Xeon processors with dual-core technology.
The company says that, Hivemind 5520 offers customizable solution for demanding business environments, providing up to 3TB of hard drive storage and up to 16GB of memory. Hivemind 5520 servers can be configured with dual Intel Xeon processors powered by dual-core technology, which provides businesses with better performance when running multiple data-intensive applications at the same time.
In addition, Hivemind 5520 users are able to take advantage of Alienware Server Management software, which delivers centralized system management, proactive notification of system issues to prevent interruptions in service, and continuous monitoring of components and resources.
