Asian domain registrar has broadened its domain name portfolio to cover both European and Asian domains.
AsiaDNS.com, a domain name registrar, today announced that it is offering the option to directly search and register european domain name extensions.
The site offers domain name registration for the Asian ccTLDs, including India ('.in'), Japan ('jp'), Singapore ('.sg') and Hong Kong ('.hk') and the generic TLDs. Applicants for '.eu' domains will need either an EU National or Community trademark or an EU Registered company. A registered EU address will be needed for all '.eu' domain registrations.
"We have seen a tremendous increase in demand from Asian countries for European domain names, especially in view of the upcoming .eu domain name launch. Companies throughout Asia want to know what European domains they can order, and how they should prepare to obtain a '.eu' domain during the Sunrise period later this year," said, AsiaDNS's Managing Director, Xavier Buck.
