AT&T, a provider of IP-based communications services, today announced the launch of its E-Commerce hosting service. The company states that the web hosting professional services will support site and database migrations, e-commerce site builds, database builds, expanded managed system and server administration, code-execution monitoring and third-party code debugging and support.
It articulates that these services will help SMBs add e-commerce features like shopping cart applications, blogging capabilities for customer reviews and online payment solutions from providers like PayPal. The company avers that customers can access a control panel with data and reports showing web statistics, system utilization and the ability to manage user preferences.
