BlueCat Networks customers will have Proteus and Adonis appliances to work with a Microsoft network infrastructure.
BlueCat Networks, a provider of network appliances, today announced that it is now a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider (MCSP) for Advanced Infrastructure Solutions.
The company says that they achieved this certification after meeting the criteria outlined by Microsoft and a number of its engineers completed the examination process set out for this certification. As a MCSP, BlueCat Networks customers will have Proteus and Adonis appliances to work with a Microsoft network infrastructure.
BlueCat Networks provides Identity Management, Network Access Control, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP solutions that use appliance-based architectures. These solutions enhance core DNS and DHCP services to strengthen security and manageability on a Microsoft network, claims the company.
"This Certification reinforces the value we deliver to our clients running Microsoft-based networks, given that IP Address Management and logical service management is critical to Microsoft's 'Live' strategy, we have no doubt that BlueCat Networks and our newly achieved certification will play an important role as Microsoft releases Vista, Longhorn, Office Communications Server and Exchange 2007," said David Berg, Director of Product Management at BlueCat Networks.
"BlueCat Networks is among the companies that meet the high standards Microsoft has established for its network of certified partners. As a MCSP, we now have access to a rich set of benefits that can help us build sustainable revenue, sales momentum, and prominence while increasing our market impact," added Berg.
