Inflow-Raleigh, a leading provider of outsourced technology services, announced new client Bronto Inc., an email management software company headquartered in Durham, North Carolina. Bronto’s web-based application enables over 150 organizations in North America and Europe to manage email distribution lists for sending newsletters, surveys and other communications. Bronto not only provides a robust set of list management features, but also enables firms to enhance online brand awareness through professional email templates and better understand customer interests through real-time tracking of mailings.
Formerly hosted with another Raleigh provider, Bronto was looking to scale its operations while gaining long-term stability with a new IT outsourcing partner. “We were looking for a company to take us to the next level – one that was competitively priced, had a solid hosting platform and most importantly, offered sound technical support,” said Joe Colopy, President of Bronto. “Inflow was a national player that offered all of this and a true process focus evident from its ISO certification. It was very obvious that Inflow ran a tight ship and had an offering that made sense from a service delivery standpoint, which is ultimately why we chose them.”
“Bronto is a rapidly growing company needing the assurance of a capable provider to support its goals,” said Chris (Kip) Turco, general manager for Inflow-Raleigh. “We’re pleased that we were chosen as Bronto’s provider of choice; our continued growth affirms our industry-leading position in Raleigh.” Bronto began researching four prospective outsourcers in November 2003. Because the company’s business is online – offering a “virtual” email product to hundreds of clients nationwide – both long-term technical and financial stability were key criteria for a new provider. “Inflow was a larger company, demonstrating the technical expertise and possessing the financial viability we required,” said Colopy. “Additionally, the Inflow-Raleigh staff was very responsive, helpful and professional. They gave us the sense that they would do whatever it takes to get us up and running, which was impressive to us.”
Bronto moved to Inflow in early February of this year and receives hosting & Internet access services. The company continues on its rapid growth path with over 900% sales growth in 2003 and expects to see similar performance for 2004. “It’s good to know that when we need to take advantage of additional managed services to support our growth, Inflow has the experience and services necessary to handle this for us,” Colopy added.
