Selected as one of 22 finalists for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006 Award for Dallas/Fort Worth region.

C I Host, a web hosting provider, today announced that Christopher Faulkner, Founder, CEO and President of the company is been selected as one of 22 finalists for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006 Award for Dallas/Fort Worth region, one of three in Texas.

The awards program, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs on a regional, national and global level who are building and leading dynamic and growing businesses. Faulkner was selected by an independent judging panel comprised of business, academic and civic leaders out of around 3,000 applicants, claims the company.

The regional award winners, who will be announced Saturday, will be eligible to participate in the National Entrepreneur of the Year awards program. National Entrepreneur of the Year finalists and winners will be announced during the Entrepreneur of the Year Conference in Palm Springs, Calif., at a gala on Saturday, November 18, 2006. While the award winners will be announced at a special 20th anniversary gala event on June 17 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
