C I Host, a provider of web hosting and data center operations, recently announced a strategic partnership with media firm, Spinner Network Systems to feature C I Host ads in Dallas Cowboys television coverage and to market this option to its web hosting clients.
Spinner developed a software system to run on PCs that allows the advertiser to update spots from the desktop. C I Host claims that it has created a new ad campaign specifically for this marketing technology. The ads or 'spins' will run during the Dallas Cowboys game. The spins allow C I Host or any advertiser to make changes to their ads right up until the scheduled airtime, for last-second product or price changes based on market conditions.
Additionally, local ads can be designed to augment or complement specific national ad campaigns. This system also generates an immediate log of activity, tracking viewership and responses to ads.
