Canada Web Hosting, a web hosting service provider, recently announced the acquisition of Bagna Networks Inc., a provider of corporate IT consulting and managed IT services in Toronto.

According to the company, this acquisition has solidified the 100% Canadian owned and operated managed hosting provider's entry into the Toronto hosting market and given them the ability to offer truly enterprise-class hosting solutions from Toronto's premier telecom facility. In Bagna, Canada Web Hosting saw a company doing both these things. It had strong relationships with clients in the Toronto area and was executing complex high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for corporate clients in ways that resulted in high quality of service for its customers.
