Includes servers with a Pentium 4 processor and 1 GB of RAM, for an annual fee of $99 per year.
C I Host, a web
hosting company, today announced that it has expanded its dedicated
servers to include a Dedicated Server 0 with a Pentium 4 processor and
1 GB of ram, for an annual fee of $99 per year.
The company's
dedicated server plans ranges from Dedicated Server 1 for $209 a year
with an Intel Pentium D 820 2.8 processor and 2 GB of ram, to Dedicated
Server 5 with two Dual Core Xeon 3.00 GHz 1333 FSB processors and 4Gb
DDR2 ram.
Each package has a set-up fee, ranging from $200 for
the Dedicated Server 0 to $5,000 for the Dedicated Server 5. Customers
can choose Linux or Windows operating systems. The servers are located
in the company's datacenters in Fort Worth, Chicago, Los Angeles and
Newark.
Christopher Faulkner, CEO of C I Host remarked, “At that
price, even small companies can have the performance they need to
handle holiday traffic. This power beats anything on the market for
$99. Whether you are a small entrepreneur just starting out or a global
conglomerate that requires a custom built server solution and
geographic load balancing, we have the Web hosting package that meets
your needs. These new high-end servers enable our customers to manage
their web hosting and e-Commerce at absolutely peak performance during
the busiest of times. Yet the pricing structure makes sure that they
receive top quality per dollar.”
