Expands video hosting; signs exclusive hosting partnership with ClipBucket.

Cirtex Corp., a provider of shared, reseller and dedicated Web hosting solutions, today announced that it has bolstered its video hosting services through an exclusive partnership with ClipBucket, an open source video sharing script, making it the project's official web hosting partner. Cirtex Corp. operates two leading hosting brands, CirtexHosting and HostV.

As partners, CirtexHosting and HostV are the preferred providers to host and support installations of Clipbucket Lite, a free, YouTube-like video sharing script written in PHP. ClipBuket was developed by Jahanzeb and Arslan Hassan, two brothers. CirtexHosting and HostV customers can take advantage of ClipBucket in addition to a variety of other video hosting features, including FFMEG, MEncoder, and FLVTool. These features allow ordinary developers and users to utilize advanced video processing engines, claims the company.

The company also avers that it will provide its clients with a custom-developed, one-click auto installer within cPanel for ClipBucket Lite. The script utilizes the Smarty Template Engine and is fully optimized for accessibility and search engine indexing.
