Offers higher referral commissions and bonuses to its affiliate program; also increases the monthly data transfer and storage space on web hosting plans.

Cirtex Hosting, a provider of shared and reseller hosting, announced today it has added higher referral commissions and set of bonuses to its affiliate program, and has also increased the specifications of its web hosting plans.

The company says that the affiliate program now features a flat commission structure, offering all affiliates $30 per sale, plus an initial $10 starting bonus for new affiliates. It is offering the full commission on all plans, regardless of their monthly price.

"Our affiliate program is unique in that we're focusing primarily on increasing customer acquisition rates, regardless of what plans the new customers choose," said John Xie, Cirtex Hosting President. "As such, we are offering aggressive, flat payouts for all new customer referrals. The initial reaction from our affiliates has been very positive."

In addition to the new commission structure, Cirtex Hosting is also offering a set of bonuses to affiliates who reach certain performance goals. Beginning August 5, the first affiliate to refer 10 new customers will receive a $100 cash bonus; to refer 50 customers will receive a $500 cash bonus; and to refer 1,000 customers will receive a $1000 cash bonus. All bonuses will be in addition to per-referral affiliate commissions.

According to the company, the affiliate program changes coincide with modifications to the company's web hosting plans. Effective August, all plans now have an additional 50% monthly data transfer and 20% more data storage space. Existing customers have been automatically upgraded to the new plan structure, and no action is required on their behalf.
