To acquire Rndtuit.com and EonDeck.com for $1.5m; will enable the company to establish an immediate market presence in Las Vegas.

CoConnect, Inc., a provider of VOIP products, yesterday announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Rndtuit.com, Inc., a web hosting company and EonDeck.com, Inc., a provider of automated web design platforms.

Upon the closure of the acquisition, they will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CoConnect. CoConnect will acquire both companies in exchange for 1.5m shares of restricted common stock. Management stated that the acquisitions should bring additional revenues of approximately $1,000,000/year to the consolidated financial statements of CoConnect. It anticipates to close on the acquisitions within 45 days. Rndtuit.com and EonDeck.com are Nevada corporations in operation for six years under the direction of CEO and President Michael McGee.
