ColoSpace, Inc., a provider of colocation and managed services, today announced the opening of their 6th New England Data Center located in Bedford, NH on July 1st.
The company says that the Bedford facility will serve clients throughout New England including Boston area firms seeking disaster recovery solutions. The facility has been designed with a comprehensive engineering standards and boasts its convenient location for clients.
According to ColoSpace, one key advantage to the data center is that organizations now have the ability to purchase a high speed blended bandwidth option within a Class A secure facility. This new facility utilizes installed OC48 Fiber from Verizon's multiple Central Offices, ATT and MCI. It will offer a 4 AMPS per square foot of electricity to accommodate dense computing power in preparation of blade server technologies.
"The Bedford Facility compliments our Manchester, NH Data Center," says Wayne Sawchuk, CEO. "We are nearing capacity in the Manchester Data Center and now have a 2nd option for our customers similar to the Massachusetts facilities."
