Continues to market the former PSC solutions as standalone offerings and incorporate these products into Comodo's desktop security solution suite.
Comodo, a provider of Identity and Trust Assurance Management solutions, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Privacy Software Corporation, a privately-owned company that develops security technology.
According to the company, the acquisition extends Comodo's reach in
threat management. Comodo will continue to market the former PSC
solutions as standalone offerings as well as incorporate these products
into Comodo's desktop security solution suite.
