Ensim's Unify shared edition selected as platform of choice by the company to deliver and manage a suite of services.
Ensim Corporation, a provider of user provisioning and access control software, today announced that CRM OnTarget, a provider of hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has selected Ensim Unify to deploy and manage its existing Microsoft applications alongside several new hosted services the company is rolling out. The company states that using Unify, CRM OnTarget can support its existing Dynamics CRM and Hosted Exchange offering, while delivering other services, such as BlackBerrry and SharePoint.
The company says that CRM OnTarget, which specializes in providing hosted Microsoft CRM to clients in the United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates, is using its Unify platform to manage its hosted infrastructure, applications and customers. All applications are managed via Unify, providing a single interface to CRM OnTarget's operations, its resellers and customers, adds the company.
"CRM OnTarget's support for Dynamics CRM is the best in the business
hands down," said Francois Depayras, vice president of marketing and
alliances at Ensim Corporation. "With Unify, they can easily extend
their expertise in delivering excellent service for a host of new
applications and gain complete operational control over all of them
through a single portal, while creating an infrastructure that allows
them to ramp up resellers and launch new customers quickly."
"Unify's support for Microsoft CRM has given us the ability to continue delivering on our core competency, while opening the door to providing other new revenue-generating services. Moving all of our applications under one umbrella makes it a snap to manage and leaves us free to focus on scaling our business," said Randal Southam, Microsoft practice manager at CRM OnTarget. "By leveraging Ensim Unify, we've saved months in developing our own in-house solution, and are now launching a number of new services both directly and through our resellers very quickly."
