CrystalTech Web Hosting, Inc., a Newtek Business Services company and a provider of Windows Web hosting, last week has announced the adoption of SmarterTrack, the new customer service software created by SmarterTools, Inc., It states that SmarterTrack will provide them with all the features and functionality of a Help Desk, Ticket System, Live Chat, Cost Analysis, Data Mining, Knowledge Base, and Reporting software applications delivered within one elegant web interface.
The company believes that SmarterTrack is an ideal solution for hosting and technology-based companies due to its flexibility, speed, stability, and multiple installation options. SmarterTrack can be installed on a VPS, dedicated server, shared hosting environment, and coming soon can be obtained monthly in a Software as a Service option. It adds that this adaptability gives all organizations, small and large the opportunity to install and utilize SmarterTrack within almost any type of environment.
