The audit included an examination of DCS' business and quality management systems, product design, development and performance and customer satisfaction.
Data Center Systems (DCS), a provider of infrastructure connectivity solutions, yesterday announced that they have been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification, for its Dallas headquarters and manufacturing facility.
According to the company, external auditors with BVQI visited DCS headquarters in March 2005 and spent several days conducting a comprehensive audit. BVQI auditors examined all of DCS' business and quality management systems, including product design and development processes, materials documentation practices, and measurement systems for tracking supplier performance, product performance and customer satisfaction. DCS successfully completed the audit, and was officially ISO-certified in April 2005.
"DCS is focused on providing innovative quality driven data center infrastructure products and solutions for our customers and their businesses," said Stacy Turner, Quality Insurance Manager at DCS. Achieving ISO certification exhibits the dedication of the DCS team to design and manufacture the highest quality connectivity products on the market.
