Managed hosting provider acquires data center space and expands its sales and support activities in Hong Kong.
DataPipe, a provider of managed hosting and security services, yesterday announced that it has acquired data center space and expanded its sales and support teams into Hong Kong, China.
"We are responding to the growing demand from our clients for customized, cost-effective solutions that improve efficiency and value across the enterprise," said Robb Allen, CEO of DataPipe. "Opening a facility in Hong Kong allows us to extend direct support to our customers and partners in the Pacific Rim."
The Hong Kong expansion follows the 2002 establishment of DataPipe Europe, based in London, UK.
