Program allows consumers to make public testimonials about their experiences in working with the company.
DemoWolf, an Internet company today announced that it has joined the RatePoint consumer feedback and site seal program. The company states that RatePoint is a company that makes business reputations public, in that it provides a system whereby customers can give public feedback about their experiences with a company. Further these experiences are available for the public to see, through their seal which displays on the company's website.
The company believes that joining the RatePoint program means that it agrees to allow consumers to make public testimonials about their experiences in working with them. It also states that clients can write reviews that are either positive or negative, and if negative, it gives them the opportunity to respond and if necessary, take corrective action. Further the company says if it fails to satisfy the client's issues, then the review goes on record as being a negative client review. In joining such a program, the client experiences with them become public record, as anyone can click the RatePoint seal on DemoWolf's website to read about their clients' experiences.
"RatePoint opens another channel of communication between us and our clients" says Rob Moore, president of DemoWolf, "With the RatePoint program, clients are able to write reviews about their experiences with DemoWolf for the public to see. It also gives clients the opportunity to voice any concerns they have, and if so, allows us an opportunity to respond and correct any problem the client may have had. We welcome any such opportunity, as it can only solidify our reputation as being a customer-focused oranization... real proof that DemoWolf is an organization that companies should have no reservations in dealing with."
