On amalgamation of Malers Acquisition, the company has effected a name change to Dot VN, Inc.

Dot VN, Inc., a domain registration company, today announced  that the company has completed the transaction contemplated by the agreement and plan of merger by and among the Company, Malers Acquisition Corp., a subsidiary of the company and Dot VN, Inc., executed by the Parties on July 17, 2006.

Pursuant to the merger agreement, Dot VN has become a subsidiary of the company. In connection with the merger, the company has effected a name change from Malers, Inc. to Dot VN, Inc. and is currently being quoted on the NQB Pink Sheets, under the symbol: DTVI, says the company.
