Merger to consolidate both companies and re-brand Exist Hosting services.

EXIST Hosting and Gogax, the web hosting providers, announced that they have merged, following a decision made by the parent company InterWeb Media Inc.

It states that the primary goal of the merger is to consolidate both companies and re-brand the existhosting.com service on the new gogax.com infrastructure. It adds that the major investments were made on the gogax.com infrastructure and it has proved its efficiency and reliability.

Currently, the EXIST Hosting servers and systems are being integrated into the new Gogax platform. Gogax consists mainly of the latest hosting technologies such as virtualization, clustered technology, network attached storage and more, avers the company. The company estimates that to complete the migration over to Gogax, it should be no longer than two months to be fully integrated into the new system.
