According to Fasthosts, it has chosen Telewest Business due to its extensive fibre presence in the UK, and long-standing relationship and quality of service delivered by the company since 1999.

The managed internet connection from Telewest Business will offer the company necessary bandwidth to embark on expansion of its web services range. The 500MB connection provided by Telewest Business via a 1GB bearer will help Fasthosts deliver 6 millions emails a day to its customers faster and more efficiently. It will also ensure that Fasthosts' network is continuously monitored for any irregularities and outages, claims the company.
