Company partners with Pingdom to offer proactive server monitoring to its customers.

Future Hosting, an internet solutions provider serving SMBs and enterprises internationally and the developer of Server Doctor, today announced that it has partnered with Pingdom, to offer proactive server monitoring services for customers with managed Virtual Private Servers.

Through the partnership, the company claims that its managed Virtual Private Server (VPS) customers are able to select their choice of monitoring packages from Pingdom. It adds that it will cover the cost of basic server monitoring, and additional monitoring services are available to its customers from Pingdom at a reduced cost.

The company articulates that Pingdom will also include Future Hosting technicians as a contact on monitored servers. In the event of an unresponsive server, technicians will automatically be notified via email of the problem and dispatched immediately. In most cases, technicians will have resolved the problem before the client was even aware of the loss of service.
