Affinity Internet, a web hosting provider, today announced the launch of Virtual Private Server solutions through the company's web hosting brand, Gate.com.

According to the company, the VPS solutions combine the power and flexibility of a dedicated server, with the low cost and maintenance overhead of a shared hosting account. Gate.com VPS solutions are on both Linux and Windows platforms, it starts at $29.95/mo for 25 GB of space and 1 Terabyte of data transfer. All plans are virtualized environments with root access, powered by Virtuozzo and each plan includes the latest version of SWSoft's Plesk.
