According to the company, the new server hardware features Dual Xeon 3.0 processors, 2 GB RAM and 160 GB hard drive space. The company has also improved its customer service policies to address several client concerns. To better thwart network abuse, Gazzin.com has added new abuse-detection software to all servers, and has trained staff to better respond to abuse. In addition, Gazzin.com has also increased the number of support representatives to 10.
