Webhost4less joins company's Partner Program to offer customers full range of SSL Certificates via WHMCS platform.

GlobalSign Ltd, a Certification Authority and specialist in SSL Partner Programs, today announced a new partnership with Webhost4less, a web hosting provider. The company says that the partnership will allow Webhost4less to enhance their hosting solutions by bundling its 2048 bit, SSL Certificates as a value add, as well as offering SSL as a standalone website security product.

It explains that by adding SSL Certificates to their product range, Webhost4less can not only provide a comprehensive one stop shop service offering affordable online security solutions to the UK small and medium enterprise (SME) market, but it can also take advantage of opening up an additional and profitable revenue stream - an invaluable feature for a startup company in a very competitive market. Webhost4less therefore sought an SSL provider who could offer highly trusted and reliable SSL Certificates at affordable prices.

The company states that Webhost4less chose to partner with GlobalSign due to its trusted, but simplified SSL product range including additional free features not available from other providers such as Server Gated Cryptography (SGC) (to "step up" weak browser encryption to strong encryption on older browsers), plus the additional benefit of its integration with WHMCS, a web hosting billing management platform. It further states that the WHMCS plug-in allows hosting companies like Webhost4less to manage and automate reselling GlobalSign SSL Certificates conveniently using the same platform they use to manage their hosting solutions. Adding its SSL Certificates to their hosting portfolio required minimal implementation time, cost or resources.
