Announces addition of free SSL certificates to some of its premier Shared, Reseller and VPS hosting services.

Host Color, a web hosting provider, today announced that it has added free SSL certificates to some of its premier Shared, Reseller and VPS hosting services.

The company articulates that owners of e-commerce websites and other dot-com projects who need to host their accounts on a dedicated IP address can now get a "Combo Website Service Deal" from it. The deal includes SSL certificate, Dedicated IP address and a web hosting service plan. The customers of company's Multi Domain Hosting, Reseller Advance, Reseller Power, VPS Advance, VPS Power and VPS Custom can now take advantage of the promotional campaign and to add "Essential SSL" certificate to their accounts.

It states that "Essential SSL" is a 2048-bit ready single root install SSL certificate produced by Comodo. It is a future-proof HTTPS SSL certificate that can be used to secure a single domain such as www.your-domain.com and your-domain.com. Essential SSL protects the sensitive information of any websites' visitors with 128/256 bit encryption.

The company further states that it sells Essential SSL as a separate product at $39.00/year. The Dedicated IP address at $23.40/year. However, from June 18 until July 31st the company's customers get a combo deal of SSL certificate, Dedicated IP Address and hosting service by saving $62.40/year.

It avers that the following hosting service plans are included to promotional campaign:

• Reseller Hosting
• Virtual Private Servers

The company explains that its customers are eligible to get free Essential SSL certificate when they sign-up for 1 year subscription. When the SSL certificates expire and the customers want to keep them, they have to renew their hosting service plan for another year. If they want to continue using Essential SSL without signing up another annual web hosting contract, a standard price of $39/year applies for the renewal of the SSL certificate. The promotional campaign is valid for annual subscriptions.
