SWsoft, a provider of automation and virtualization software, today announced that Hosted a trading name of Validate Ltd, a provider of web hosting services, is using SWsoft PEM automation and billing software platform for its new shared Linux and Windows hosting services, launched on December 15.

According to SWsoft, Hosted approached on October 15 for a full implementation of PEM by December 15, said Shaun Curtis, Principal, Validate Ltd., a privately-held company that owns the Hosted brand. SWsoft guided us through a well-organized process to develop, design and install a customized PEM solution in less than eight weeks.

Hosted is using PEM software to deliver end-to-end customer services, including an online storefront, mechanized provisioning, billing and customer self-service through web-based control panels. In addition to the main site, which targets customers in the United Kingdom, Hosted is planning to launch additional sites for customers in the United States, Spain and Ireland, using the services of branded resellers and billing in each country's accepted currency dollars, pounds or euros, says the company.
