Acquires customers on the verge of the discontinuation of Andrax Network's services in the hosting business.

HostPC Internet Services, a New York based web hosting provider, and Andrax Network, LLC., a web hosting company, recently announced that HostPC has acquired the clients of Andrax Network, which is discontinuing services in the hosting business.

"HostPC is working with me to ensure a completely seamless and transparent migration of clients," says Ben Moore, Owner of Andrax Network. Customers should experience both upgraded drive quotas and a drop in their hosting prices as their accounts are shifted over. Ben will stay on staff through the transition period to ensure customers are getting settled with HostPC.

"There should be absolutely no interruption in service, and most customers will not even notice their site has been moved," said Joe Mack, Owner of HostPC Internet Services. "We hope to enhance the services available to Andrax customers without them experiencing any issues during the transition and afterwards."
