Mark D. Adolph joins the company to drive financial operations, capital market activities, mergers and acquisitions.

Hostway Corporation, a web services provider, today announced that Mark D. Adolph has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The company says that Adolph will lead its financial functions and run mergers and acquisitions.

It avers that Adolph previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WildBlue Communications, a Liberty Media satellite internet service provider partnered with the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative, Intelsat, DirecTV and EchoStar.

The company articulates that its service offerings range from web hosting for small- to medium-sized businesses to managed and dedicated server hosting for large enterprises. In 2009, it launched its cloud hosting offering, FlexCloud, which enables customers to access a hosting infrastructure that scales up and down based on business needs for as low as $15 per month. The company has also partnered with telecom companies, cable operators and large retailers to deliver fully private-labeled online services to their customers.
