IceWEB's products including IceMAIL Hosted Exchange email and collaboration service will be sold through CompUSA's website and service counters.

IceWEB, Inc., on Tuesday announced that it has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with CompUSA, Inc., a retailer of technology products and services.

Terms of the agreement state that CompUSA will resell IceWEB's products including IceMAIL Hosted Exchange email and collaboration service through its business services web site and at the business services counters nationwide. IceWEB Office Suite, which includes IceMAIL, allows small businesses to securely communicate by sharing email, calendar and contact information.

John R. Signorello, Chairman and CEO of IceWEB stated, "This is a great opportunity for our company. IceWEB's IceMAIL is the first Microsoft Hosted Exchange product available through an established retail channel. Having CompUSA's 1,100 small business sales representatives pushing our product through more than 240 stores and the business services Web site, will be a huge boost for our product and brand.
