Impact Global Communications, LLC and LittlBUGer.info Downloads and Hosting Services, today announced that they have signed a definitive merger agreement under which IGC will acquire LittlBUGer.info and all its related services in an undisclosed monetary value transaction.

The company states that under the terms of the agreement, which was approved by both companies, Directive Heads, policies and procedures that the customers of LittlBUGer.info Hosting Services have come to know, will not be modified. In addition, the parties have agreed on the terms of an editorial agreement that provides for the establishment of original LittlBUGer.info founder Randy Senn to hold office with the objective of assuring the continued integrity and independence of services.

It says that the merger agreement allows for growth within LittlBUGer.info and its services while not affecting performance, stability, and other factors contributing to its restrictions. It adds that LittlBUGer.info now has the backing of Impact Global Communications, LLC to insure that the current and future customer base enjoy the personalization of their product while seeing immediate and dramatic improvement in service.
