Inflow Inc., a leading provider of outsourced data center and managed hosting services for companies with critical applications, announced today that John Schwappach has been appointed general manager of its Minneapolis Internet Data Center (IDC).

Mr. Schwappach comes to Inflow from Advantech, a Business Management and Technology Consulting company based in Edina, MN. “We are thrilled to have John on board to continue the momentum in Minneapolis,” said Pete Khanna, Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for Inflow. “John brings significant sales, marketing and management experience that will help us to expand our market reach and drive new revenue growth. We are confident that he will quickly become a valuable resource to area businesses.”

Mr. Schwappach holds a graduate degree from the University of Minnesota and brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and business management experience to his role from companies such as Productivity Point International, a technical education and consulting company, where he achieved record profitability and revenue growth. He also held leadership roles with Stearns, a K2 Inc. company, and Borden Foods. An accomplished veteran in the business realm, Mr. Schwappach’s areas of expertise span from concept development and strategic planning to custom solutions development and implementation.
