Launches Microsoft Exchange 2007 outsourcing service aimed at low cost deployment within midsized companies.
Intermedia.NET,
a Microsoft Exchange hosting company, today announced the launch of the
world's first Microsoft Exchange 2007 outsourcing service for midsized
companies.
The company claims that the solution allows midmarket
companies to adopt Exchange 2007, without the high costs of an in-house
deployment.
Customers have a choice of either Enterprise plans
that are clustered, SAN-based Exchange solutions or Custom Enterprise
plans, which offer dedicated Exchange servers for their organizations.
Costs start at $1295 per month for 100 users.
"Intermedia.NET is
proud to be the world's first company allowing enterprises to outsource
Exchange 2007. Running on an enterprise-grade platform with EMC
storage, any midsized company looking at Exchange 2007 can now consider
outsourcing instead of a costly on-premise deployment. With Exchange
2007, the business case for a hosted solution is an extremely strong
one," said Serguei Sofinski, Intermedia.NET's CEO.
