Daniel Leclair joins the Board of Directors; appointed at the shareholder's annual meeting held on March 15, 2006.

iWeb Technologies Group Inc., a provider of web hosting services, recently announced that Daniel Leclair has joined the Board of Directors.

Having been appointed at the shareholder's annual meeting held March 15, 2006, Mr. Leclair was the Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Hydro-Quebec. Prior to joining Hydro-Quebec, he held various positions at Montreal Trust, Chase Manhattan Bank of Canada and Caisse Centrale Desjardins. He holds an Economy Degree from the University of Montreal. Mr. Leclair joins Robert Brouillette, Jean-Pierre Gibeault, Eric Chouinard and Martin Leclair on iWeb's Board of Directors and replaces Yves Williams who resigned, says the company.

He now needs more time to concentrate on his other projects and we wish him the best of luck.
