Company joins R1Soft Hosting Partner Program and offers data protection solution to its clients.

Liquid Web Inc., a provider of web hosting, dedicated hosting, and virtual private servers, today announced the introduction of Guardian Secure Managed Continuous Backup and Recovery, a data protection service powered by R1Soft's Continuous Data Protection technology. The company states that with the addition, it has also joined R1Soft's Hosting Partner Program, providing important sales and marketing resources.

The company explains that starting at $1 per month per gigabyte protected, its web Guardian Secure Managed Continuous Backup and Recovery provides off-site, secure data backup and restoration, in real-time. Users can manage their backups directly from cPanel, through a special plug-in, and the service is available for both Linux and Windows servers. It adds that an additional MySQL database backup plug-in, which offers live-protection of active databases, is offered as a premium add-on, starting at $50 per month.

The company also states that as a member of the R1Soft Hosting Partner Program, it has access to enhanced sales and marketing resources, as well as priority technical support and volume software licensing discounts.
