MaximumASP, a Microsoft Gold Certified provider of Windows-based hosting services, today announced their partnership with SmarterTools to provide business communication software for its dedicated server customers.

The software includes SmartMail 4.x, an award-winning, ASP.NET AJAX-based mail server; SmarterTicket 2.x, a helpdesk application designed for customer service departments; and SmarterStats 3.x, a robust site analytics application. With today's partnership, all customers purchasing a dedicated server from MaximumASP will receive all three applications at no charge, and will own a permanent software license in their own name. The software products normally retail at nearly $500, claims the company.

SmarterMail 4.x provides an array of GroupWare features, including shared email folders, global address lists, and Microsoft Outlook synchronization. The software comes pre-loaded with ClamAV email Anti Virus and an assortment of cutting-edge Anti Spam tools.

SmarterTicket 2.x is a fully-featured ticketing system, featuring Web and email ticket submission, as well as intelligent ticket routing. Customer service representatives and end users can access and reply to active tickets through an intuitive Web interface.

SmarterStats 3.x provides enterprise-level web site analytics and visitor statistics. With over 130 report items and geographic reporting and mapping, users can track traffic growth and trends of their sites.
