Centers in Hilliard, Ohio and Cary, North Carolina receive ISO 9001:2000 certification from Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

MCI, Inc., today announced that Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) have certified its Network Operations Centers (NOCs) in Hilliard, Ohio and Cary, North Carolina as ISO 9001:2000.

Both centers earned the ISO designation for conformance to standards used to ensure the delivery of consistent, high quality service to customers, while facilitating continual process improvement. MCI offers Managed Network Services including Managed Local Area and Wide Area Networking Services to complete IT outsourcing.
