Completes third acquisition of Managed Services Providers in 2008.

Millennium Data Systems, a Canadian managed services company, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Hostingplex, a Toronto based managed hosting provider.

"Hostingplex is the third acquisition of Millennium this year", commented Matthew Saunders, COO of Millennium Data Systems. "We believe that Hostingplex is a great fit for the organization and look forward to serving their 5,000 small medium business customers", added Saunders.
