To distribute Miva Merchant e-commerce packages with its Plesk control panel solution.

MIVA, Inc., an independent performance marketing network, and SWsoft, a provider of server automation and virtualization software, on Tuesday announced an agreement to integrate and to resell MIVA Merchant e-commerce packages within SWsoft's Plesk control panel solution.

The SWsoft distribution agreement through the Plesk Control Panel begins the transition of MIVA Small Business to a recurring revenue model. Prior to this agreement, merchants could purchase a retail license for a one-time fee while today merchants can purchase a retail license for either MIVA Merchant 5 or MIVA Merchant Fast Track on a monthly, recurring basis, or as a one-time fee.
