Name.com, a domain registrar, today announced that it is now accepting .mobi domain name registrations for mobile industry trade associations and trademark holders.

During the first and second phases of the .mobi sunrise period, mobile industry members and trademark holders will have the opportunity to register their trademarks as .mobi names on a "first come, first serve" basis.
