Namesco Ltd, today announced the acquisition of Register365.com, a hosting provider from Ireland, through its subsidiary Namesco Ireland Ltd adding 40,000 domains to its already existing portfolio. It states that Register365 is the shared hosting and domain registration division of Hosting365. It adds that with 35% market share, the purchase of Register365, is an important part of their overall expansion plans.

The company claims that founded in 1996, it is now the fourth largest provider in the UK of domain names and shared web hosting services. It avers that it employs over 80 highly qualified professionals and now manages in excess of 400,000 Domain Names.

It articulated that in 2007 Namesco Ltd were acquired by Italian domain, hosting and social networking company Dada, already a major player in Italy and Spain. Further it affirms that the purchase of Register365 by Namesco Ltd is in line with Dada's plans to further strengthen their position in the European market and continued international growth.
