MonsterCommerce's e-commerce, online marketing and web design services will be offered to new and existing Network Solutions customers.

Network Solutions, a provider of web solutions and domain name registrations, recently announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MonsterCommerce, a provider of e-commerce solutions.

The acquisition will strengthen Network Solutions' product portfolio by adding a suite of e-commerce solutions and services like online marketing, web design and search engine optimization. The deal also presents an opportunity for both the companies to promote services to their collective customer base.

MonsterCommerce headquarters will remain in Belleville, IL, and the company will continue to promote and support the MonsterCommerce brand. The MonsterCommerce suite of e-commerce, online marketing, and web design services will be offered to new and existing Network Solutions customers. In addition, the full spectrum of Network Solutions products and services will be available to MonsterCommerce customers.
